Holy Heroes Advent Adventure – Day 4

Today we are going to start praying the Angelus!

 Fun Fact: We don’t say the Gloria during Advent except on full feast days or Solemnities! We do this because the first link “Glory to God in the Highest” is the proclamation of the angels to the shepherds the night of Christ’s birth. By refraining from praying the Gloria during Advent, the Church is giving us another way to prepare more consciously for Christmas!
